Austin B. Borton

Mr. Borton is a partner and shareholder of Leavell & Borton, S.C., which primarily serves the State of Wisconsin, but is also involved in litigating or directing litigation across the country. He is from Gibson City, Illinois a small, rural farming town, but has come to call Wisconsin his home where he resides with his wife and young daughter.

Mr. Borton’s diverse background and experiences allow him to provide superlative legal services to his clients with his practice primarily focused in bodily injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, and construction litigation.  He is an experienced trial lawyer and provides a clear and direct line of communication to his clients. Mr. Borton also serves as a board member and general counsel for the E.F. Wildermuth Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization.
